Process

Each project is different but a well defined process helps it stay on track, complete on time and give a result the client is happy with.

1. Introduction
   This is where I learn about your business, your customers, goals and needs, and outline the strategic objectives behind the project. We also discuss technical and other constraints and possible solutions.
2. Definition
   I prepare a proposal and a cost estimate on the basis of the information I have collected from you. Once it is approved, I research and if needed, work with you to define content, online communication strategy and the necessary plan for it’s implementation.
3. Design
   With content at hand I prepare a hierarchy, wireframes and prototypes which then go back to the client for approval. Once those are approved, the work on visual design commences.
4. Development, Testing and Launch
   This is the actual building of the site after approved visual design.
5. Analysis and Maintenance
   Your project does not end with a deployment. In fact, if it should be relevant to your business and strategy, it’s effectiveness needs to be analysed and changes need to be made where and if necessary.
